Cancellation Policy

To ensure everything runs smoothly, we’ve outlined our booking and cancellation policy below: Complete your booking reservation: Payment in full is required to finalize your reservation. This helps us ensure your spot is held. Acceptable payment methods will be communicated in subsequent emails and/or in verbal communications and is non-refundable. Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel, we ask that you do so at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session to avoid any fees. Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows may incur a full or partial forfeiture of your payment or the amount held as credit to apply towards future session reservations. We appreciate your understanding in respecting our time as we do yours. If you need to reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible, and we will be happy to accommodate. No Refunds: Once a consultation session has been completed, we are unable to provide refunds. If you have any concerns about the service provided, we encourage open communication, and we’re happy to discuss how we can better meet your needs in future sessions.
